We ship from the Midwest USA to all locations within the United States.

Taxes are included in all prices. What you see is what you get! We pay for shipping costs for the training video and kit. All other products will add a small fee for shipping.

Shipping from the time you place your order should take 3-6 business days to arrive, depending on your location. We ship same day on weekdays.

While we are a small business, shipping orders on time is our #1 priority. Orders may arrive late due to weather events, or high demand dates for postal services like holidays. If we ever have a delay with our shipments that affects your order, you will be the first to know and receive a proper refund or discount if the order takes over 7 days.

The eyelash extensions training video is 1 hour and 30 minutes long. After your purchase, you have exclusive access to the course for 60 days. That allows you to come back and review the content anytime while you are learning.

You will receive a personal QR code in your training kit that grants access to a private page on our website to view the training video and materials. You will receive an email with instructions to access and reminder to claim the course.

Yes! All you need to do is fill out the receivers address for shipping and put a note that it is a gift so we can package it extra special. OR receive the kit and wrap it up for whomever you gift it to!

Refund Policy

Training Course: Due to the digital nature of our training course, all sales are considered final. However, we value your satisfaction and offer a 24-hour grace period after your purchase during which you can request a refund if the course has not been accessed. Once the course is accessed, we cannot offer a refund. Please ensure the course meets your needs before you begin.

Physical Products: We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with any physical product you have purchased from us, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
